Sandra Rema Hart
Founder, CEO
Sandra resides and practices law in Iowa City, Iowa. Sandra was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sandra received a Bachelor of Laws degree, the LL.B. (with honors) from King’s College, University of London, England, and a Master of Laws, the LL.M. (with honors) in International and Comparative Law from California Western School of Law, in San Diego, California. She was admitted to practice law in Iowa in 2007, and is a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (past), Iowa Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, and the Dean Mason Ladd American Inn of Court.
Sandra is the owner of Hart Law, P.L.C. Sandra practices business law – transactional and litigation. This includes all stages of the contractual and commercial cycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiations, settlements, mediation, arbitration, and trial. She is the West-East connector for this enterprise — the bridge for seller and buyer.
An attorney and immigrant herself, Sandra has lived in many parts of the world, and is fluent in several languages. In her free time, she travels, plays tennis, pickleball, and poker, keenly observes human foibles, and freely inserts that as comedic material into social conversations.
Irwan Fauzi

Irwan has a wide background in manufacturing, sales, marketing, advertising and promotions, as well as branding. He is a graduate of the University of Technology Sydney, Australia with a degree in Business (Accounting).
Having over 20 years of experience in his field, Irwan has worked closely with blue-chip clients in formulating sales, marketing, advertising & promotions as well as branding strategies.
His current & past clients, both domestic and international include Principal Financial Group, McDonald's, Malaysia Airlines, Kimberly Clark Asia Pacific, Mothercare, Maybank Banking Group, among others.
He delivers sourcing solutions in line with your objectives to an extensive range of industries. His effective negotiation and communication skills have given him the ability to clearly articulate strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Koh Sheh-Ren
Partner
Koh Sheh-Ren is a graduate of the University of Malaya, Malaysia. She is a chartered architect by profession (APAM, LAM). She is responsible for the firm’s groundwork search in Malaysia.
Sheh-Ren has 20+ years of experience in the construction industry working with contractors, suppliers and clients to achieve end products of function, space, and aesthetics. She brings to the table the same architectural rigour of analyzing technical sequences, cost-effectiveness, budgeting, packaging, and final handover.
